What to include so we can help faster
- The portal you're applying on: NSDL (Protean) or UTIITSL
- Which file failed: photo, signature or Aadhaar PDF
- The exact error message, word for word
- Your phone or computer, and the browser you used
Please don't attach your Aadhaar, PAN, photo or signature. We don't need them to fix a problem. If a screenshot helps, cover your name, numbers and face first.
